Alan lives in Stonington, Connecticut, with his wife, Tanya, and their two children. Deeply committed to serving their community, Alan and Tanya founded Inclusion – A Sylvestre Foundation, an organization dedicated to supporting neurodiverse individuals and their families.

Away from the office

I grew up and currently  live in Norwich, CT with my daughter. I enjoy spending my free time with my family and friends. When I was younger, I spent 12 years competing in artistic roller-skating, including victories at the regional level, competition at the national level, and invitations to Olympic training camps. Even now, I have my skates ready and waiting in my trunk!

I grew up and currently live in Mystic, CT, with my wife, Kyle, our twin daughters and our dogs. When not spending time at the office or with family, I enjoy mountain biking and boating.
